For a savory meal in the early morn, Pegasus serves up a sturdy selection of tried-and-true breakfast favorites. Standard egg dishes, fruits, breakfast meats, and cooked-to-order omelets can be paired with French toast, fluffy pancakes, and decadent Belgian waffles from their primarily a la carte menu.

No reservations are required; casual attire is welcome. Depending on the needs of Alexis Park's guests, Pegasus will occasionally open for a grill-themed lunch.
