BALLY'S STEAKHOUSE
From the moment you are greeted by the tuxedo-clad Maitre D’ to the final sips of your after-dinner coffee, know that you are experiencing a Las Vegas tradition when you dine at Bally’s Steakhouse. Decorated to resemble a New England-style hunt club, this steakhouse is among the oldest on The Strip!

Nationally recognized chefs serve up favorites like slow roasted aged prime rib, bone-in sirloin steak, and Chilean sea bass nightly, meaning the most difficult moment of your meal will be deciding on which dish to order. And while the portions are generous, make sure to leave room for a signature dessert, as our banana cream pie and mile-high sundaes have allowed guests to leave satisfied for years.

Don’t let Chang’s contemporary atmosphere confuse you — this authentic Asian eatery is among the most traditional Chinese restaurants in all of Nevada! With an expansive menu that features more than fifty (50!) selections from the Far East, there is something to reward even the most adventurous diner at this refined restaurant.

Dishes range from Singapore-style pan-fried noodles, to sweet and sour pork, and much more. The exotic eating doesn’t stop with dinner, as a host of Hong Kong-style desserts, as well as imported Asian wines, beers, and spirits, round out the menu. With an extensive selection of noodles, vegetables, and tofu dishes, Chang’s is vegetarian-friendly, while its “family sized” portions allow all at your table to try your tantalizing dish.

STERLING BRUNCH
Start your Sunday with an exquisite brunch served in the rarified setting of Bally’s Steakhouse — voted Best Brunch by the Review Journal. Champagne, Sturgeon caviar, and lobster mingle with freshly prepared sushi, omelets, and beef tenderloin at our weekend classic that guarantees a diverse dining experience. SIDEWALK CAFE
American favorites are available around-the-clock at this relaxed diner. Stop in for a tuna melt, some sirloin steak, or a simple slice of pie with a fresh cup of coffee. Given its large menu, this café has the right dish to match any appetite. Plus, breakfast is available day and night. Affordable prices make the Sidewalk Café a sensible selection, and the ample seating and attentive service ensure that guests can enjoy a great meal without making a night of it.

THE TERRACE CAFE
Refuel the body after a long day of swimming at this poolside café that specializes in short-order snacks. ICHIBAN SUSHI
Introduce yourself to a Japanese tradition by sampling the sushi at our authentic Japanese restaurant. The rotating sushi bar presents selections that gently glide by your chop sticks. Beer and sake have been imported from the Far East to highlight the flavor of each dish and round out your cultural dining experience.

CAFE SBARRO
Pick up a slice of pizza (thin or stuffed crust), or your favorite Italian dish, at this restaurant where fast doesn’t come at the expense of flavor. Located adjacent to Bally’s Race and Sports Book, you can follow the day’s sports action while dining in Sbarro’s spacious seating area.


NOSH
Are you starting out early for an exciting game of golf or a day of seeing the sights? Nosh is the perfect place to start your day. Try our selection of bagel and croissant breakfast sandwiches or a breakfast pastry and coffee to sweeten your morning. We offer a great selection of made-to-order specialty sandwiches, Nathan’s famous hot dogs, gourmet chips, salads and freshly made desserts.

STAGE DELI
Looking for a New York-style sandwich? Corned Beef connoisseurs call Bally’s Stage Deli the ultimate destination. Serving classics such as pastrami on rye, hot roast beef, and a turkey club, as well as an array of breakfast sandwiches, a stop at our Stage Deli is fast, friendly, and fantastic. Stationed across from the Race and Sports Book, guests can enjoy lunch or dinner without missing a moment of the day’s sporting action.

JAVA COAST
A stay in Las Vegas is a pick-me-up all its own. Guests who crave a more-traditional wake-up call make the Java Cost a first-stop before starting their day. Offering all the selections of a traditional coffee house — drips and decafs, lattes and blendeds — this perky place also caters to the non-caffinated among us, serving a full line of juices, soft drinks, and fruit smoothies. Assorted baked goods are made fresh daily, giving guests enough sweets to keep them going well into the night.
