Serving traditional Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine, Lillie Langtry's decor is soft and surreal, allowing diners to savor the aromas of ancient Chinese delicacies. Specialties include Mongolian beef, lobster Cantonese, stir-fried lobster and prime mesquite broiled steaks. Reservations are suggested.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, with extended hours Friday and Saturday nights.

CARSON STREET CAFE
Dine in a European sidewalk cafe with a casual outdoor atmosphere. Torch lighting, fringed awnings, and lattice are complemented by bright colored fabrics. This sets the stage for one of the largest menus of Las Vegas. A friendly staff to serve you Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. We also feature a full service bar, with a varied selection of bottled wines. Open 24 hours.

THE BUFFET
The Buffet provides a warm glow that sets the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. Lunch and Dinner feature freshly carved turkey, roast beef, and ham, plus entree selections, a salad bar and a dessert bar. Most lavish is the all-day Sunday Champagne Brunch, featuring such dishes as Eggs Benedict, blintzes, creamed herring, and smoked fish with bagels and cream cheese.
