BENIHANA
Benihana is the first name in exhibition-style, Japanese cuisine. Masterful chefs demonstrate their skills nightly on hibachi tables where a full-range of unique and traditional dishes are cooked to order. Sip authentic sake and listen to the sounds of gentle rains. You’ll be surrounded by lush Japanese gardens, flowing ponds, exotic statuary and an authentic Torri Arch. Appetizers include fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka-maki. Enjoy entrées like hibachi chicken, sukiyaki steak and filet mignon, or step up to a combination dinner that pairs hibachi steak and king salmon or the ever-popular duo of hibachi steak and lobster tail. All entrees are served with a combination of fresh mushrooms, onion, bean sprouts and zucchini. Hibachi shrimp, Japanese onion soup, Benihana salad with ginger dressing, steamed rice and green tea are also included with dinner. Both visitors and locals have voted Benihana one of the best restaurants in the city three years in a row in What’s On Magazine.

GARDEN OF THE DRAGON
Spicy and subtle, the yin and yang of China's great culinary art awaits your chopsticks at Garden of the Dragon. Offering an array of sumptuous Szechwan, Peking style, Northern Mongolian and Cantonese cuisine, Garden of the Dragon also provides diners a comfortable and intimate setting overlooking the gardens of Benihana Village. This delightful dining room offers an intimate culinary visit to Asia with specialties including spicy salt and pepper pork chops, tomato spicy crab and orange beef.

HILTON STEAKHOUSE
The Steakhouse features a warm, classic setting replete with rich mahogany booths and chairs, etched glass, and distinctive modern art. The intimate atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed. Selections include prime quality beef broiled over an open flame; perfectly cooked chops of veal, lamb and pork; along with chicken and the freshest seafood. All menu items are served a la carte.

ROBATA
Located within Benihana Village, Robata features chicken, steak and seafood broiled on our authentic Japanese broilers. Enjoy tempura, sashimi, sushi, and other fine Japanese selections prepared to perfection by our skillful chefs.

TERU SUSHI
Las Vegas' only authentic Japanese sushi is now at the Las Vegas Hilton. Teru Sushi features more than 40 types of fresh sushi shipped daily from the West Coast and prepared by a licensed Japanese sushi chef. Seating is limited and reservations are required.

THE BUFFET
Newly remodeled, this traditional buffet offers favorites and unique extras from around the world. Lunch fare includes prime rib, smoked salmon, pasta, lo mein selections, sushi rolls, broiled steak and fried shrimp. Dinner specialties include pasta dishes, wok items, broiled lamb chops, fresh seafood, turkey and prime rib from the carving station.

Specialties include spinach enchiladas, spicy burritos, chimichangas, crisp tostadas and tacos as well as the chef's own sizzling fajitas. Enjoy the flavors of Mexico at the MargaritaGrille Bar, as well, where we serve up a variety of fruit margaritas.

QUARKS BAR & RESTAURANT
Enjoy the finest foods of the Universe, along with Earth favorites from hamburgers to pasta, inside Star Trek: The Experience®.

Uniformed servers will take your orders on tricorders and Klingons and Ferengi are available for delicacy recommendations. On the menu: chicken wings in a Vulcan hot sauce, Klingon Kabob, Thalian Chocolate Mousse and, naturally, Glop on a Stick.

In the adjacent bar, you can be the first in your galaxy to enjoy Romulan Ale (a specially brewed blue beer) or unique concoctions such as a Ferengi Freeze, Vulcan Volcano, Ferengi Marauder or the Harry Mudd martini.
