ALL-AMERICAN BAR & GRILL
From crisp salads and delicious sandwiches to Angus steaks and fresh seafood, even the heartiest appetite will be satisfied in the casual, friendly atmosphere of the All American Bar and Grille. All of our steaks, burgers and fresh seafood are prepared on our open Mesquite wood grill. Watch our expert Chef cook your steak to perfection!

The All American Bar and Grille features a warm and charming interior, complete with dark wood, brass, and comfortable seating. We also feature a sports bar where we serve appetizers and our famous Angus beef hamburgers.

Open daily for lunch and dinner 11am - 11pm, and open late, until 1am on Friday and Saturday. We are located in the Ipanema Tower, right across from the front desk.

ANTONIO'S ITALIAN RISTORANTE
Enjoy the inviting atmosphere of Antonio's Italian Ristorante, serving gourmet Italian cuisine. Antonio's attractive open kitchen allows guests to watch the Rio's top chefs prepare decadent Mediterranean dishes and extravagant desserts.

From Osso Buco Milanese to Spaghetti Con Aragosta, Antonio's provides a literal culinary voyage to the best of Old Italy. A strolling guitarist completes the experience.

Make your evening special and have dinner in one of Antonio's cozy booths, or call in advance and reserve one of our private rooms for large parties.

Antonio's Italian Ristorante is open daily 5 p.m.-11 p.m. in the Ipanema Tower between the Main Cashier's Cage and Rio Java.

BAMBOLEO MEXICAN RESTAURANT
Bamboleo pays tribute to the exotic flavors of Mexico, Brazil and Argentina with an extraordinary casual dining experience.
Set in a contemporary yet earthy ambiance, guests are invited on a journey south of the border where old traditional recipes are brought to life and prepared to perfection.

Buzio's Seafood Restaurant
Fresh seafood from the docks and traditional New England fare is featured at this gracious restaurant, offering outstanding views of the Rio´s Ipanema Beach and sparkling swimming pools.

Enjoy the casually elegant atmosphere of Buzio´s, offering seating for large groups as well as more intimate occasions, and single seating at Buzio´s fresh oyster bar overlooking an open kitchen.

Buzio´s is open daily for dinner from 5 p.m.-11 p.m. You´ll find Buzio´s near the pool entrance and adjacent to the Samba Theater.

GAYLORDS INDIAN RESTAURANT
Gaylord India Restaurant, an award-winning San Francisco mainstay for more than 20 years, has opened its doors at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Gaylord serves Northern Indian cuisine, featuring authentic Tandoori and Mughlai-style dishes.

The restaurant offers a warm, romantic setting, designed with rich jewel tone fabrics in a variety of luxurious textures, deep finished woods and gorgeous authentic Indian artifacts.

The dinner menu begins with fine selection of starters, including lamb samosa (crisp turnover stuffed with spiced ground lamb), Tandoori hors d'oeuvres (assorted meat kabobs) and chicken pakora (boneless chicken pieces coated with garbanzo butter sauce).

Delicious vegetarian appetizers, soups and salads are also available, including sindhi aloo tikki (crispy potato cakes served with an intriguing mint coriander chutney), vegetable pakora (mixed vegetable fritters) and samosa chaat (crisp turnovers filled with lightly-spiced potatoes and peas, topped with a tangy tamarind sauce).

A host of entr?specialties include tandoori chicken, prawns and salmon, assorted meat kabobs, fragrant lamb curries, exquisite chicken curries and seafood delicacies, such as prawn vindaloo and fish tikka masala (fish cubes cooked in a spicy sauce).

A comprehensive selection of fresh homemade breads baked in tandoori ovens awaits, as well as a tempting array of savory rice dishes or "biryani."

Numerous delicious meatless specialties are available, as well as Gaylords special dessert menu, which features, among many others, kulfi (saffron-flavored ice cream with pistachios) and the classic treat, gulab jamun (sweet cheese rounds dipped in syrup).

Or diners may select from combination dinners or "royal feasts in the Indian manner," with a number of multiple course offerings available for one all-inclusive price.

HAMADA'S ASIAN RESTAURANT
Hamada's Asiana combines Japanese Teppanyaki exhibition table-side cooking, with fresh sushi, and an exotic menu featuring traditional Japanese and popular Chinese dishes.

Favorites such as sushi, sashimi, steaks, teriyaki, tempura, shabu shabu, sukiyaki, yakitori, beef and broccoli, clams with black bean sauce, and chow mein, are served in a choice of locations including the dining room, teppanyaki room, cocktail lounge, or while sitting at the sushi bar.

Teppanyaki dining is a new Japanese tradition, where specially trained chefs prepare meals tableside with great showmanship, on large iron grills. Hamadas Asiana brings the art of Teppan cooking to life, allowing prepared items to be served directly from grill to plate with a unique flare.

A Vegas favorite with over several restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley, Hamada has been honored numerous times by the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal in their Best of Las Vegas poll. In addition the Zagat Restaurant Guide ranks Hamada as the top rated Japanese Restaurant in Nevada.

Hamada's Asiana is open daily, the main dining room and teppanyaki room are open from 5p.m. 11p.m., and the sushi bar and cocktail lounge are open from 5p.m. 1a.m.

ROSEMARY'S
Good food, good wine, and good service is what "Rosemary's at The Rio" and Chefs Michael & Wendy Jordan are all about. Their first restaurant "Rosemary's Restaurant," opened in early May of 1999 and has won
numerous awards including "Best Gourmet Restaurant" by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The cuisine at Rosemary's at The Rio is based on the freshest, locally grown ingredients available, cooked in a simple and creative style. Enjoy starters like Hugo's Texas BBQ Shrimp, made with Maytag blue cheese coleslaw and shaved green onions, along with several delicious pizzas,
Southern Crab Cakes and Green Curry Manila Clams.

Among the tempting entrees are Wood Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Sea Scallops, Maine Lobster Brochettes and New York Strip au Poivre. Sides include Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Black Olive Creamed

Sao Paulo Café offers great all-day dining featuring a large selection of appetizers, salads, entrees, and spectacular desserts.

STAR DELI EXPRESS
For fast, hearty, and home-cooked meals on the go, visit Star Deli. Choose from a large selection of sandwiches, salads, and sushi along with a variety of homemade pastries, desserts, and ice-cream treats.

Enjoy your meal with one of our gourmet coffee drinks and cold beverages. All selections are packaged for your convenience to take with you.

Enjoy an Irish-American tavern experience, with a lively mix of contemporary and traditional elements.

Ubiquitous pub favorites, such as billiards and darts are offered, along with an extensive list of beers from around the world.

From Drunken Clams steamed in beer to Sloppy Janes (a colossal sandwich spin-off of Sloppy Joes), the unpredictable menu features delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts designed for hearty appetites.

The eclectic decor offers a blend of Celtic artifacts and pop culture memorabilia, and lovely lasses in fetching plaid kilt ensembles serve up great service.
