MEDICI CAFE AND TERRACE
Medici Café & Terrace provides an elegant yet relaxed dining experience in an exquisite room filled with the fragrance of grand bouquet arrangements. Banquettes and chairs are enveloped in woven fabrics of brocades and fine plush silks, while precious European botanical and Italian Renaissance art adorns the walls. The inviting environment welcomes 120 guests inside or 35 guests for alfresco dining in a romantic setting adjacent to the resort’s picturesque Florentine gardens. A lively display kitchen exhibits Medici’s signature cuisine, with its freshest of ingredients and flavorful pan-Mediterranean influence.

Casual breakfast and lunch service, including a very special Weekend Brunch, features traditional and innovative dishes such as a morning favorite of two perfectly poached eggs sitting atop a crispy Dungeness crab and potato cake. In the evening, Medici Café and Terrace transforms into a fine specialty restaurant offering a wide choice of elegant and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired dishes complemented by an excellent selection of world-class wines. Open 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast, noon to 3 p.m. for lunch and 6 to 10 p.m. for dinner. Weekend brunch offered Saturdays and Sundays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

FIRENZE LOBBY LOUNGE
A romantic, relaxing lounge in a warm, living room setting, where guests are surrounded by classic artwork and stunning views of Lake Las Vegas and high-desert mountains. The perfume of fresh flower arrangements on every table and the beautiful notes of a live pianist enhance a unique experience for Southern Nevada – Afternoon Florentine Tea, offering not only traditional scones, finger sandwiches and pastries but also delicious Italian savories. Terrace service is offered on fine-weather days. In the evening, Firenze Lobby Lounge becomes a bustling gathering spot with live entertainment and a selection of cocktails, fine cognacs, premium liquors, single malt scotches, wine and champagne by the glass, along with a menu of finest quality cigars and hors d’oeuvre, desserts and soufflés. Open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., with Florentine Tea offered daily from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

SPA VITA DI LAGO
Contemporary spa cuisine is available at Spa Vita di Lago, featuring wholesome dishes good for the body and soul. Only the freshest and most nutritional ingredients are used, prepared in satisfying and healthy portions. Service includes continental breakfast and lunch, along with seasonal whole fruits, refreshing fruit-infused water, freshly-squeezed fruit juices and flavorful smoothies. Spa cuisine is offered from 8 a.m. until sunset.

VITA DI LAGO Pool & Gardens
Outdoor dining in a relaxed, casual setting is enhanced by comfortable lounge chairs, umbrella tables and crisply rolled scented towels. World-class healthy cuisine and refreshing tropical beverages are available both poolside and on the resort’s white sand beach, while refreshing Evian misters are offered to guests throughout the day. Open 11 a.m. to sunset.
