HOUSE OF LORDS
The tradition of legendary dining is at the Sahara Hotel and Casino’s House of
Lords steakhouse. In an elegant setting, the House of Lords steak house offers
tantalizing menu selections as well as a high standard of service all within an
intimate dining atmosphere. Beautiful waterfalls and plush seating highlight the
cozy ambiance of the House of Lords steakhouse, located adjacent to the Sahara’s
casino.
The House of Lords steakhouse is open from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., Sunday through
Saturday. Reservations are accepted and large parties can be accommodated.
Menu
The menu features traditional cuisine with a creative twist. In creating the
menu, the Sahara chefs chose to keep timeless favorites, such as the tender New
York Strip Steak and succulent Australian lobster tail. Other selections
include: the signature rib-eye served on the bone; double lamb chops served with
rosemary mint glaze; medallion of veal prepared Picatta, Franchaise or Marsala;
and roast prime rib of beef au jus (22 oz., 12 oz and Cajun style 12 oz.); as
well as chicken and a variety of seafood entrées. Each entrée includes a choice
of soup du jour or salad, and a baked potato or fresh garlic mashed potatoes.
The menu includes a variety of appetizers, soups, salads and sides to compliment
the entrées. Favorites include escargot; lobster bisque stuffed Portobello
mushrooms and roasted crab cakes. The dessert menu is sure to satisfy the most
demanding sweet tooth. Entrée prices range from $18.95 to $58.00.
CARAVAN CAFE
The Caravan Café serves as a relaxing place to come when you just need a break
from all the excitement!
Whether you're in need of some delicious coffee to help you stay awake on those
late nights or a little something to satisfy those hunger pangs, we are open 24
hours a day, seven days a week to serve you.

PACO'S
The Sahara goes south of the border with authentic traditional Mexican fare and
contemporary coastal specialties. Paco's Bar & Grill is open daily from 5:00pm
until 11pm.
Reservations are not necessary.
Menu
Paco's Bar & Grill features traditional Mexican dishes ranging from fresh fish
and shrimp entrees, chicken, beef and pork dinners as well as traditional
entrees and combination platters.
You can also enjoy a variety of cocktails and specialty drinks, including our
own version of the classic Margarita. Try one today! Entrees start from $5.95.
NASCAR CAFE
The NASCAR Cafe offers a unique entertainment and dining experience located on
two levels. This 400-seat NASCAR Cafe features exciting stock car racing
entertainment.
The cafe includes giant projection television screens equipped with surround
sound featuring NASCAR racing, the latest NASCAR news and authentic NASCAR
merchandise. The Cafe displays nearly 20 authentic NASCAR stock cars and is
founded on two levels.
The Cafe features the Carzilla Bar, the world's largest stock car, a Pontiac
Grand Prix that weighs more than three tons. It measures 34 feet long and 12
feet wide and is mounted on a platform. Carzilla was designed by Bob Campbell,
who designed for Dale Earnhardt.
Hours of operations are as follows: Monday-Thursday from 11:00am until 10:00pm,
Friday from 11:00am until 11:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am until midnight and
Sunday from 9:00am - 10:00pm.

SAHARA BUFFET
This 900-seat buffet is located within a casual setting with multiple carving
and serving stations.
Weekday Hours
Weekday brunch is served from 7:00am until 3:00pm Monday-Friday. Dinner is
served from 4:00pm until 10:00pm Monday-Sunday.
Weekend Hours
The Sahara Champagne Brunch is served from 8:00am until 3:00pm on Saturday and
Sunday however, the menu varies on Saturday and Sunday.
