Buffet dining is heating up at Sam’s Town. The Firelight Buffet features a wide variety of food items located on several different display cooking areas, including open rotisseries, omelet stations and carving stations. The buffet even has its own bar. Variable lighting will create a bright atmosphere by day, and softer, more intimate dining experience by night.

Lunch: Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Dinner: Sunday-Saturday 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday Champagne Brunch: 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

BILLY BOB'S STEAKHOUSE AND CANTINA
This rustic, ranch lodge steakhouse serves the quality steak, ribs and chicken in the massive portions that made the West famous. Bring your appetite and enjoy the best steaks around.

The new Fresh Harvest Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, snacks and a spacious soup and salad bar. The menu includes breakfast all day, pastas, sandwiches, burgers, charbroiled steaks, fish, pork chops, various entrees and salads.

Open 24 hours 6 days a week. Tuesday until 11:00 p.m.

For a quick taste treat, stop into the Ice Cream Parlor to cool down your sweet tooth. Jump into the Casino Deli for a great sandwich on the go, or take a break at the Food Court where Sbarros, McDonald's and Panda Express can curb your cravings quickly.

Deli Snack Bar: Offers a variety of deli sandwiches and snacks. It is located near the race & sports book area across from the poker room. 10:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.

Calamity Jane's: If you want a chocolate malt, Ice Cream Sunday or just a scoop of your favorite Ice Cream, Calamity Jane's is there to serve you from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

McDonalds: For that Big Mac and order of fries, stop by the golden arches located in the food court. Serving 6 a.m. - 12 p.m. each day.

Sbarro: Enjoy a variety of Italian specialties including pizza, pasta & salads. Room delivery available. Serving 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday - Thursday. 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Friday & Saturday.

Panda Express: Offering oriental cuisine including orange flavored chicken, flavors to tempt you. Serving 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily.
