Tournament of Kings Review

Tournament of Kings in the long standing Arthurian jousting show at Excalibur hotel in Las Vegas which is popular not only because of it's Medieval theme, but because show watchers must eat their dinner with their hands!

Tournament of Kings has a little known but interesting facts: it is the No. 1 purchaser of Cornish Game Hens in the United States. Since June 1990, approximately 6,700,000 hens have been served.

Who says Las Vegas is all glitz and glamour with no taste for times of yore? Arthurian legends come to life in the desert, complete with bravery, jousting, and a three-course meal eaten Medieval Style: by hand! This is a great way to immerse kids in history while having fun in the process, as well as facilitate some neat conversations. Plus, the included meal means there's no need to scramble to find a meal beforehand. Those not wishing to eat at the show can purchase tickets without the meal included at a cheaper rate.

Parents should be aware that the Tournament of Kings does involve live animals and pyrotechnic effects, so it's best to be aware of your child's preferences and feelings. The show is 90 minutes long.

Important: The hotel has issued the following warning for anyone who has asthma, allergies, or other respiratory problems.

Great for the younger audience. Whilst a good show for the younger audience not sufficiently engaging for those beyond teenage years in our opinion.

Great Experience. It was my second time in about 8 years. It's gotten better since I last saw the show. They've added pyrotechnics and explosions (which startled my unborn son, so buyer beware! LOL) Overall great experience, and awesome acting. The fight scenes were unbelievably good.

Family Friendly. We took our 8 year old and teenager to see this show. It was awesome and they loved it. Lots of action too.
