The Delano Las Vegas 2 bedroom suite is composed of connecting a 2 Queen suite (725 sq ft) with a King room (417 sq ft) creating a great big and modern styled 1142 sq ft suite with a total of 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and one separated living room. If you like simple modern decor, you'll like this suite. And if you like TVs, you'll love this suite because it has 4 of them, a 46" LED HDTV within each bedroom, a 55" LED HDTV in the living room and a 20" in the King rooms bathroom.
The suite's living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with sofa and chair that'll comfortably seat 5. A desk with a Herman Miller style office chair allows for comfort while working, writing and the like. There's nothing extravagant about this living room, it's comfortable, nicely styled in a modern, semi-posh, slightly minimal motif. Most importantly, it's very clean.
The bathrooms are exceptional: they're large, well designed with marble floors and backsplashes. They feature exceptional lighting, two sinks in the two Queen bedroom and one sink in the King room, a full size mirror, and the toilet area is separated by a door. There's a good size jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
The mini bar in the suite is stocked full of all manner of goodies, a major pro for late night drinks and snacking. We stay in lots of hotels and are known to raid mini bars, but we held back at Delano, not because the assortment was poor, on the contrary it was great, but because the prices are pretty high: $12 for a cup of regular coffee, and $22 for a bottle of water. Ouch, that's pretty steep by anyone's standards. As a comparision, we recently stayed in a one bedroom suite at The Beekman, a beautiful and historic 5-star hotel in New York City. The excellent tasting coffee was free and a bottle of beer was $8. As you can see, Delano's minibar prices are uncomfortably high.
Strip or Vegas Valley facing suite, either offers exceptional views of different sides of Las Vegas--I prefer the Valley side, it's far more calming with the Strip side being completely overwhelming at times, not to mention the neon lights never turn off affecting mood inside the suite. I've read complaints of dirty windows at Delano's, but I haven't experienced that.
Delano guests get full access to the Mandalay Bay Pool complex, a major bonus. Voted "one of the best pools in the U.S." by Tripadvisor and "9 Best Pools in Las Vegas" by Conde Nast. The Mandalay Bay Pool Complex is 11 acres and houses multiple pools, a wave machine, a lazy river, a sandy beach, private cabanas, restaurants, a spa, and a music stage.
The Delano suites have an all-white motif so if traveling with young children, keep this in mind when booking this hotel.
The final verdict: the Delano 2-bedroom suite is a good quality room worthy of consideration. It's a good balance of modern and comfortable without the excessive swankiness of other Vegas suites. The downside is the cost of the minibar, in-room dining and suite availability--these suites sell out fast.

I've had the absolute pleasure of staying at Skylofts and I can tell you that there are few 2 bedroom suites in Las Vegas that can compare! At 3000 sq-ft, this is one of the largest Las Vegas suites on the Strip. It features two bedrooms: one with a 1 king bed and the other with a 2 queen beds. You'll love the snazzy pool table and enjoy dinners in with the full dining room.
The Skylofts experience is as impressive as the suite itself. It starts with the pre-arrival coordinator to welcome you and help ensure your suite is perfect. Next your personal Skylofts concierge welcomes you to Skylofts and insists on attending to your every need. Suites at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations feature floor-to-ceiling windows and marble bathrooms, a full kitchen stainless steel appliances or a kitchenette. Full kitchens have light cookeware, a microwave and a mini-fridge. The living area has a 65-inch HDTV and some suites have an HD projector with 8-ft screen. In the bedrooms you'll find queen size beds and the all-important, large jacuzzi tub, with a view of course! In case you need to do a bit of laundry, the two, three and four-bedroom suites come with a full-size washer/dryer combo. The in-suite dining room has a table for between 4 and 7. The 2 bedroom suites are actually 1 bedroom suites with an adjoining door to a studio. The quality of this room rivals most "true" two room suites in Vegas at a similar price point. The Oasis Pool rivals the fancy pools of the large Strip hotels with comfortable surroundings and good poolside food and cocktail service. Chaises with umbrellas and shaded tables are available as well as pool floats and private cabana rental. Unfortunately there is a daily resort charge which gives guests Internet access, oddly, 30 minutes of US long distance calls per day, but we all have cell phones these days, DVD Now with unlimited movies and 2 Starbucks coffees or 2 16oz bottles of water per day, strange choice but oh well. Self parking is $15 per day while valet parking is $30, not quite Manhattan prices but not exactly cheap. All in all, the 2-bedroom suite is well worth the costs at Elara with a separate living area, kitchen, an HD projector with 8-ft screen, and a full kitchen. We think Elara is one of the best suites in Las Vegas for families and larger groups and as an extended stay hotel in Las Vegas.

This isn't a "holy cow" posh type of Vegas suite, you won't get a butler or private entrance, and for most of us, including Vegas bound families, that's just fine. What Grand Vacation does offer is a darn good non-smoking, non-gaming, located right on the Strip. This Vegas 2-bedroom suite that'll match any in its price category in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. A plus--a huge plus, in fact--is that unlike other 2-bedroom suites in Vegas, these don't generally sell out on weekends, so odds are you'll be able to successfully book this hotel suite for a last minute weekend getaway.
Let's start by taking a look inside the suite. All suites have full kitchens and they include a full-sized refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, coffeemaker and utensils. There are plenty of cupboards. It's the type of kitchen that'll handle a full grocery store shop for a week--luckily there's a market at the lobby level inside the hotel. Also in the kitchen is a full washer and dryer, though you'll have to source your own detergent. A reasonble sized dining table sits 4 to 5 and is conviniently placed next to the kitchen.
The good sized living room has a sectional sofa that comfortably sits 4 and pulls out to bed, a 55-inch TV, DVD player. The decor isn't flashy nor is it elegant, it's more genuine, well kept, and in good taste.
We toured a Strip facing suite and there was a surprising amount of natural light pouring into the suite despite windows that appear to be on the smaller side--a wonderful plus. There were, however, spots on the windows and for most this isn't a deal breaker for this hotel--including us--but something about crystal clear windows makes the hotel suite experience far nicer.
Each bedroom is well sized, nicely proportioned with nice accents and all the amenities you'd expect. The king sized Hilton Serenity Beds are luxurious. Closets are well sized and stocked with extra pillows.
All bath products are Crabtree & Evelyn, not the Bvlgari you'd get at MGM Skylofts, but they'll do. The hotel seems stingy with the bathroom towels so don't hesitate to call housekeeping and get a few extras. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a nice sized shower, but the tub in the second room is unremarkable, small and basic, rather disappointing.
Overall, we liked the Hilton Grand Vacation 2 Bedroom Suite, especially for longer stays and families. There's nothing extravagant about this suite, it's not Wynn or Caesars Palace quality, but it's very comfortable, sizeable, well designed, clean and quite...at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

It's ultra-hip, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a haven of pure luxury and offers some of the best views on the Vegas Strip. The suite offers 2 king-size beds in the main bedrooms and 2 queen sofa beds in the living areas. You'll have a balcony or patio along with a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer (in-suite). You'll have access to a 24-hour fitness center and a family pool and whirlpool tub are open until midnight.
