Naturally, a room facing The Sphere at the Venetian or Palazzo will offer the very closest and best views of the exosphere, but there are a few other hotel options too, some of which are far cheaper than the Venetian. Harrah's, which is located a 10 minute walk from The Sphere has rooms with awesome views of The Sphere exosphere. Flamingo Las Vegas is just down the Strip and has rooms with a view of The Sphere. Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort is also an option.
If you want an awesome view of The Sphere exosphere from your hotel room check out MGM Signature's Studio Deluxe. It's a condo hotel room with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are offered in the condo hotel. It's non-smoking and soundproof and has an amazing view of The Sphere.

Horseshoe is located two hotels away from The Sphere so if you get a room facing north you'll have a really clear view of the exosphere from it. Horseshoe is a mid-range hotel, not expensive, not cheap. Rooms offer great value for money.
Try Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip. They have a number of 1, 2, 3 even 4 bedroom suites that sleep up to 14 people, many with great views of The Sphere exosphere. These suites are packed with amenties such as a full kitchen, living room and outdoor pools. Request a room on the highest floor possible to ensure you don't get a hotel room with a blocked view. Another hotel offering 2-bedroom suites with views of The Sphere is Trump International hotel. In fact, they have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites. You'll want to select a "Strip View" suite.
The Platinum Hotel "Strip View Suite" is what you'd want to book. This hotel room has a full kitchen and a large bedroom with den. It's conveniently located on the Strip near all the other hotels, The Sphere and the "Strip View Suite" has a good view of The Sphere.

Not all rooms at Venetian have a view, especially a clear view, of The Sphere. When booking a room at Venetain, you'll want to select a "City View" room as opposed to a "Strip View" room since City View rooms have a view of The Sphere.
