If you want specific details on the show seating sections check here, otherwise let's get down to the nitty gritty on which specific seats are truly the best place to sit for Absinthe.
Row K is located in the Green Fairy Gallery section, that means it's furthest from stage--with the exception of those Green Fairy Gallery seats that are located near the Throne Stage--and it also means they're the cheapest Absinthe show tickets you can buy.
Why are Row K such great seats? A little known secret: Row K seats have no other Green Fairy Gallery seats in front of them because they're the last row in the section, and they're located on an elevated step--the only elevated step in the theater. This means you have a totally unobstructed view of the stage and some extra leg space to boot.
Gaz Row K Tickets from $138
Absinthe seats are pretty packed together so buying an aisle seat is like getting an upgrade from Economy to Premium Economy on your favorite airline--you don't get a ton of extra leg room, but a few inches to stretch your legs actually really counts. Any aisle seat at Absinthe will give you that extra leg space, but an aisle seat specifically in Row B gives you the best of both worlds: extra wiggle room and an awesome view of the show.
While I haven't checked the view of the stage from all the Ringside Row B seats, I have sat in Section 1 / Row B / Seat 6 and Section 2 / Row B / Seat 8 and they were both awesome seat with a fantastic view of the show.
These are awesome seats, but just so you know, this area is also "roast zone" so you have a higher likelihood of being the target of some fun humor by show entertainers. It's all fun, but if you absolutely don't want that then these aren't the best seats for you.
Aisle Ringside Row B Tickets from $200
Gaz (Gazillionaire) Reserve seats are the most premium tickets you can buy for Absinthe, they're also the most expensive at around $350 each...that's the starting price, on a slow day, mid-week, off-season!
What do Gaz Reserve seats buy you? Firstly, you get to bypass the plebes via secret entrance before. These seats are so good, acts will happen as close to in-your-face as safe social distancing allows. You'll have dedicated VIP service and a perfectly chilled bottle of Champagne. Seating at Impressario's Reserve is far more cozy than the other sections which are a hodgepodge of different kids of chairs, from folding, patio, and other types of seemingly random chairs.
Gaz Reservce Tickets from $227
Absinthe takes place in a custom circus tent (with air-conditioning and heating) on the Caesars Palace grounds, just outside of hotel building. A circular stage is located in the center of the venue surrounded by seats meaning no matter where you site you'll have an great view of the performance. The venue is small, regardless of where you sit you'll have a great show experience--you don't need to spend much on tickets to enjoy this show.
Best seats for Absinthe is a relative statement. The best seat is a personal decision and depends on what your needs are. Below you'll find details of Absinthe show seating sections in order of cheapest to most lavish.
Green Fairy Gallery seats are the cheapest Absinthe show tickets and the furthest away from stage. All seats are folding chairs with cushions and chairs are connected so they will not move. Your butt cheeks amy not appreciate you for selecting these seats but if you ignore them you'll forget they exist within minutes--it's that good of a show.
Klappsitz Terrace seats are In-the-round chairs no more than 11 rows from the stage.
Put yours on a cushioned seat in rows 3, 4 or 5.
Ringside consists of those in the first two front rows of the theater. Don't sit in Ringside seats unless you don't mind getting pulled up onto stage. Ringside seating is right behind The Gazillionaire's personal throne. Ringside seats usually includes a complimentary drink (choice of mini-bottle of champagne, domestic beer, house wine, well cocktail or bottled water)
Sit at a premium view table with cushioned seat, priority entry and a complimentary bottle of bubbly.
Sitting up front at Absinthe is great for those with a strong sense of humor! As a general rule, if you sit in the first three rows you are likely to be the target of some humor. You're not going to be singled out for the entire show--unless you ask for it by engaging in an unusual way. Sometimes people sitting in rows beyond the first three might be picked on, but it's rare.
Closer to stage is always going to be best if your vision is poor, but those seats will cost you. If, like most of us, money's a factor in buying Absinthe tickets but equally you're willing to shell out a bit more for a good experence, try any seat in Row F.
Sit at the middle or back sections of the theater for best views. The Absinthe theater is small compared to other Vegas shows so pretty much any seat will have a great view. All seats in Green Fairy Garden and Klappsitz Terrace sections will give you a great view at a the lowest price.
The answer all comes down to your willingness to depart with your hard earned cash money. Some, like yours truly, feel Gaz Reserve tickets are an extravagance, but then I'm more of a penny-pincher. Absinthe has a large fan base who've seen the show multiple times and, in fact, many plan their Vegas trips around the show--it really is that good of a show! So for some, spending more on Gaz Reserve seats makes sense. Go with your gut here. Worst case, you'll have a hell of a good time.
